  Repair slide/tilt aluminium door.

  The handle had failed on a double glazed aluminium tilt/slide door leaving the door locked.I approached a number of window firms but most did not want the job because of the difficulty of opening the door.I received only two estimates.Noe opened the door without any damage in ten minutes sourced a replacement handle and meticulously installed the handle and settled the door so it operates smoothly.His fee was fair and reasonable.He was polite and tidy.I would recommend Noe without hesitation-he is a highly skilled guy.

  End of Tenancy Clean

  I contacted IVS about the end of tenancy clean of a 2 bed flat. Communications were clear, quick and helpful. Arrangements were easily modified when circumstances changed. On the day of the work the team were motivated and thorough. The end result was beyond my expectations eg the scaled over kitchen sink which the tenants had not descaled for a couple of years ended up looking shiny and almost new. The price was competitive and fair. I would give IVS 10/10 because I can't think of anything they could have improved.

  Supply and fit two garage roller doors.

  The job was to supply and fit roller doors to a double car barn which needed a little careful consideration .Adam carefully and quickly prepared an estimate and answered all my questions. The company supplied a high quality product and Marius and Simon were courteous and friendly and fitted the doors neatly and cleaned up afterwards.The whole team is highly recommended.

  House move Kent to Norfolk.

  I have used Phillip Marks three times.For the transport of furniture from Kent to a second floor flat in London for delivery of a Gumtree purchase and for a complete house move from Kent to Norfolk.On each occasion the guys have been very professional, helpful and courteous.Each job was done for a fair and reasonable fee.I would highly recommend this firm.
