We have moved a few times and dealt with different removal companies. Philip Marks removal was the best: their customer service, removal process, and of course removal team. Excellent experience. Excellent service through from the visit to provide an estimate of the cost of the removal which was very detailed with inclusions and exclusions clearly stated. Prompt arrival on the day of the packing. Whilst we had packed most small items ourselves the larger items were carefully wrapped. Excellent transport to storage facility where everything carefully removed from van and stored within the storage facility. Throughout service was thorough and unhurried. A great bunch of guys from the first phone call to the last goodbye nothing was too much trouble . Absolutely incredible service. I was quoted for the complete job rather than an hourly rate which was ideal for me. They were really careful with my home and furniture and kept me informed with every decision they needed to make.
