I have had two cleaners once every two weeks for two hours for over a year now. The first one left the company earlier this year and was replaced immediately. 10 End of Tenancy Clean

I contacted IVS about the end of tenancy clean of a 2 bed flat. Communications were clear, quick and helpful. Arrangements were easily modified when circumstances changed. On the day of the work the team were motivated and thorough. The end result was beyond my expectations eg the scaled over kitchen sink which the tenants had not descaled for a couple of years ended up looking shiny and almost new. The price was competitive and fair. I would give IVS 10/10 because I can't think of anything they could have improved.Verified reviewerJob location: N4
