  Repair slide/tilt aluminium door.

  The handle had failed on a double glazed aluminium tilt/slide door leaving the door locked.I approached a number of window firms but most did not want the job because of the difficulty of opening the door.I received only two estimates.Noe opened the door without any damage in ten minutes sourced a replacement handle and meticulously installed the handle and settled the door so it operates smoothly.His fee was fair and reasonable.He was polite and tidy.I would recommend Noe without hesitation-he is a highly skilled guy.

  I can't recommend this company enough. Whilst another company also responded to my request, GSR got back to me the same evening, asked for additional information, gave me a quote and got me booked in all within a few hours. When they came to actually do the job they were reassuring from the outset, whilst also realistic by stating that they would do their best to help. Whilst one door appears to be have been an easy fix, the second door was much more involved - but they did resolve the issue. I felt sure that the quoted price would increase given the workload - but the quote stood.

  Noe has restored my faith in tradespeople. He did an amazing job for me. From the initial quote, to arriving swiftly and sorting out my window - it was ace. He told me exactly what was wrong and showed me the new parts he’d had to fit. He even went the extra mile and added a bit to my window that would stop it dropping. I absolutely recommend Noe and if anyone wants to see my window, I’m happy to share a pic. I’m keeping this number in my phone now!! Thanks
