  I can't recommend this company enough. Whilst another company also responded to my request, GSR got back to me the same evening, asked for additional information, gave me a quote and got me booked in all within a few hours. When they came to actually do the job they were reassuring from the outset, whilst also realistic by stating that they would do their best to help. Whilst one door appears to be have been an easy fix, the second door was much more involved - but they did resolve the issue. I felt sure that the quoted price would increase given the workload - but the quote stood.

  Very quick to respond and kept me informed of all progress while fixing my window. Ordered and installed a broken part as part of the original call out with no extra fees apart from the cost of the part. Great service!

  Noe has restored my faith in tradespeople. He did an amazing job for me. From the initial quote, to arriving swiftly and sorting out my window - it was ace. He told me exactly what was wrong and showed me the new parts he’d had to fit. He even went the extra mile and added a bit to my window that would stop it dropping. I absolutely recommend Noe and if anyone wants to see my window, I’m happy to share a pic. I’m keeping this number in my phone now!! Thanks

  Mo replaced all the hinges and locks in my flat, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. He was prompt, kind, and the consummate professional. My landlord chose him based on reviews and everything people said about him proved true. Now my windows open, close, and lock easily, a draft I’d lived with for two years is finally gone, and I have a proper key for every window (instead of just one for six!). Mo’s work made a real difference and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right. I’m so grateful. Highly recommended.
