  Andrew was the first to reply, came promptly to assess my small jobs and managed to fit me in quickly. Courteous and efficient, and very reasonably priced. Even checked on a neighbour whose smoke alarm had gone off! Recommend highly.

  Timber Survey

  I was impressed with the depth of the survey report about possible woodworm in the loft, and the friendly surveyor who answered all my questions so that I could make an informed decision about whether I wanted to go ahead with my house purchase. I thought that the quote attached to the report to remedy the problem was very reasonable too.

  Fixing the condensate pipe from the boiler which was leaking

  Mark called me the same day thankfully, as I'd woken up to find the kitchen surface flooded with water where the condensate pipe had leaked during the night. Mark swiftly sorted out the problem - turned out to be an incorrect washer had been used when the boiler was installed.

  Shaun completed this job for me, having to deal with numerous challenges in a small and difficult kitchen. He did an excellent job and I'm really pleased with the result. Thankfully Shaun is easy to talk to and communicates well, so the process was pleasant. He always let me know if there were going to be extra costs in advance. I completely recommend Shaun - he has an eye for detail and found creative solutions for hiding my ugly boiler and the space between the top of the cupboards and ceiling. His tiling is skilful: he had to deal with extremely awkward corners and the finish is beautiful.
