  Excellent work!

  Contacted due to our old flat roof leaking inside and causing chaos. Andy called me back within minutes to ask about the situation and even dropped by that afternoon to see it and give us a quote. The work started a few days later! The quality of the work is amazing, they left absolutely no mess and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

  Chimney and roof repair

  Andrew and the team completed a partial re-build of our chimney and later returned to re-bed ridge tiles on our roof. We are very happy with the job. Andrew was brilliant at staying in touch, and when work was delayed due to poor weather and other circumstances outside his control, he remained in contact - which we really appreciated. Andrew also went above and beyond to source and fit some replacement roof tiles that were damaged and no longer readily available.

  Andrew was extremely professional. He came to look at the issue and suggested how it could be fixed. He showed me photos of the roof (having been up there) and the price for the work was very reasonable. Andrew kept me informed as to when he would be able to complete the work and was on time for each visit

  Andy responded to an emergency request due to our roof leaking during a big storm. He visited same day, gave a detailed explanation of the potential issue and dealt with it swiftly. He was also super friendly and professional - would definitely recommend Neate Roofing.
