  Flood damage repair & reinstatement

  Following a burst pipe that brought the ceiling down & caused flood damage, my insurance company left it to me to find some quotes for repair & reinstatement. I called Biocraft & Clint came to assess the damage, he was very friendly & professional & it was a bonus to use a company local to Swindon. The work was carried out in a timely manner & to a high standard. I would be happy to recommend Biocraft & to also use them again if the situation arose.

  Woodworm survey and treatment

  Top class service from start to finish. Got me out of a difficult spot during house renovations. Fantastic communication throughout - from initial consultation through to completion, everything was explained clearly and in detail. Extremely knowledgeable about their line of work and very personable. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring a woodworm survey and/or treatment.

  Professional and reliable

  It is a rare thing these days to find tradespeople who do what they say, when they say, at the price they quoted. Biocraft do just that! The initial survey was thorough and helpful, and the follow up remedial works were completed professionally and with minimal disruption and mess. An excellent service from start to finish - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Highly professional service

  Biocraft provided a highly professional service when we needed to replace two porch posts that were rotting. From start to finish, everything was explained clearly, the work was completed to a high standard and communication by phone and email was prompt and efficient. We are delighted with the results and will consider Biocraft for any future works.

  Extremely trustworthy firm

  This was the second time Biocraft visited us to sort out a damp problem (different part of house) and as before they were polite and courteous and the works were carried out as planned with little mess. Clint explained everything thoroughly beforehand and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team, they are expectational trustworthy

  Clint and his team are very knowledgeable and professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending them, assuming we have no further damp issues in the areas treated. Given the comprehensive works and the ten year guarantee, we are certainly not expecting any. If you have issues with damp, we recommend you contact Biocraft South West for a comprehensive survey to fully diagnose the cause of the issue and therefore get a recommendation for the most appropriate solution. All the team on site were well briefed, well skilled, polite and friendly. Communication throughout was excellent.
