  John was reliable and done a fantastic job that sadly I couldn’t do due to a metal beam behind the wall. He was respectful of my property and listened to exactly what I needed doing and talked me through my options. Definitely would recommend and would book with again.

  Bathroom accessories fitting of towel rail, toilet

  Very kind, polite handyman. It’s very respectful of my property and listened to where I wanted the items fitted. He even wanted the Hoover to clean up the mess but I was in the process of having my kitchen done at the same time so I was unable to get to the Hoover and was more than happy to clean this up after them. But knowing that they were going to do this makes all the difference. Job was done perfect they even showed me with the spirit level that everything was straight and asked if I was happy with it or did I require anything to move to which I didn’t as it was perfect

  Shower holder fitting

  Mario came to fit my shower holder to bathroom tiles. He asked where about I wanted it fitted and explained to him. Job was quick and he had to use different wall plugs as ones that were provided were not strong enough. Sadly the shower holder isn’t fully straight and slightly off but it’s done now so not much can do about it. Would have been nice if the mess was cleaned up but again not a big deal. No point complaining about slight issues.

  Change shower mixer

  Great communication. Sadly after changing the old shower mixer tap that was leaking to my new one… the next day it was leaking again. Had to phone them back. Got told it was due to the plaster board that had gone up however the gap behind the shower mixer that was installed wasn’t touching the wall at all and was a significant gap. The new pipe covers were wider however there was still a gap so find that impossible to believe was the reason. Contractor kept phoning person in charge so left us with little confidence that she knew what she was doing. Manager did call but seem abrupt on phone.

  Fitted plaster board and plastered area

  Des has been fantastic from beginning to end. He phoned to talk over works they needed doing after receiving the photos. He booked me in the following week. Very polite and professional and explained what he was doing to keep me updated. Works are completed to a high spec and you would never know he was here as he left my bathroom spotless. Will definitely recommend Des and will definitely contact him myself for future works.
