  Ceiling Repair Works

  I hired CityPrime to carry out repair works to a bathroom ceiling. I found them to be responsive and easy to communicate with . They provide a good explanation of the work they would do, based on the photos I provided. They were reasonably priced, and the operative carrying out the work did a great job.

  Would not recommend

  I would not recommend this company at all. The quote we received was drastically lower than what we were then forced to pay. The work that was carried out was not correct in places and we had to have two further call outs. I ended up getting another company to fix the mistakes. One of the people at the agency argued with me that the reason why some of the jobs were not finished was my fault. The only saving grace was Michael and Victor who acted with respect.

  Outstanding Refurbishment Experience

  We had a tenant severely damage our property, and the before-and-after is unbelievable. City Prime transformed the space with incredible speed, care, and professionalism. Other quotes were higher and months away, but they completed a full refurb in just weeks with outstanding quality. Michael guided us through every step and kept us updated remotely. The whole experience was seamless, and even post-job they were so helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more, and we will definitely use them again.
