    The tradesman attended for four jobs but completed only one and a half - removing wires from the wall (leaving a hole) and moving a light switch - charging £250. He made a point of commenting on how expensive our appliances were, then quoted £900 for putting up shelving, installing curtain rods, and fitting a blanking plate. I believe my age and the appearance of our flat influenced his pricing. I booked another handyman the next day who completed every outstanding job - including ones that were apparently ‘impossible’ - to an incredibly high standard, for £105.

    I was not present when the work was carried out, but my tenant was and reported all work carried out to a professional standard. This required someone who had various skills in order to fix differing maintenance issues in the flat. They arrived on time and you have some indication of the cost involved, if you provide enough information when booking in the job. Silver Saints and their team always acted professionally and gave one the feeling of confidence in their service. The result of which is I have used them twice and will again in the future.
