Dave is the best at what he does. He helped us hugely when we’re having an issues, damp travelling round the house due to poor jobs done prior to him arriving. He has done the most exceptional job with something very tricky, he is as neat and as professional as they come! We were looking for someone to retro repair mastic in our bathrooms and kitchen that had been done to a sub standard level by previous contractors. We give a great service and make sure our customers come first. Now there’s always a time in our homes that the silicone begins to go mouldy or tends to split due to movement within the building and needs to be removed and reapplied, the thing is, people seem to this think it’s just a bit of silicone, what’s the big deal?? Well, if it’s not been cut of and reapplied incorrectly this will cause many problems throughout the property, the biggest of all is LEAKING throughout , that can end up costing us hundreds if not thousands in repairs.
