  Having trouble shutting a French door.

  I was really impressed with how quick and efficient the company were in fixing the issue with my UPVC French door. The engineer was honest about the problem and even showed my partner how to adjust the door ourselves in the future. This was a huge contrast to another company who quoted us £300 for parts and labour. Truly refreshing to deal with someone reliable, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!

  Excellent communication and craftsmanship

  The job was to tile the splashback on our new kitchen. Adam managed to fit the work in on a Sunday which was really handy for us. He listened to what we wanted and asked questions about the job prior to starting so felt like we were in good hands. We’re happy with the work and his quote was very competitive. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He works very quickly and efficiently, and came back the next day to grout. Would recommend his services.

  Competitive and skilled electrician

  Harvey worked very hard and was great at making sure we were happy with the work he carried out. He wired our new kitchen and also put in a new circuit board for us. His quote was competitive and being a one-man band, was very good at letting us know availability and what work was going to happen when. He’s a very friendly worker so easy to talk to if you have any questions. Highly recommend him.

  Excellent workmanship and very tidy plasterer

  Jake was really polite all throughout dealing with him. He did an excellent job plastering two walls for us and the results were fantastic. He works very quickly and efficiently, making sure that he preps areas before and also cleans up after himself at the end! Something we’ve found doesn’t happen with other plasterers. After getting two other quotes for comparison, he was really competitive and didn’t charge us extra for skimming an area where our boiler once was, which was really kind of him. He also managed to fit our job in before we went away. We can’t recommend him enough.

  Send multiple blanket emails

  I received a blanket email requesting a lot of irrelevant information after I posted a job. They hadn’t read what I needed and want to also charge £66 to come out to quote for the job. I replied to the email asking why I needed to submit photos of my gas and water meters when the job was electrical and they said I don’t need to. They then sent me the original blanket email the next day to which I replied saying I will not be using them for the job because they haven’t even bothered to read what I want done.

  Reliable and excellent workmanship

  Joe and his team did a great job removing one of our chimney breasts from the ground floor right up to the loft. It was a really messy job and they tried to keep things as clean as possible, even with the plastering. They were a friendly workforce, who were highly skilled and worked fast - we’re really pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend JSP Maintenance.
