  Joe and the team were able to fit us in quickly for a job that turned out to be a bit more of an undertaking than first expected. Joe was very communicative and managed to find a solution for us that was both cost effective and ended up with an even better outcome than we'd hoped for. The price was reasonable even when the scope of the job changed and the guys were all hardworking and good natured. We'd be happy to have them back for future projects.

  Contact was quick, appointment to view kept and quote produced quickly; job agreed and completed as arranged. JSP workers well briefed as to their tasks and work carried out well with enthusiastic, courteous and considerate people.

  Kitchen / Diner knockthrough

  Hired JSP via a recommendation from someone who had work done before. I did not regret my decision. Communication was excellent - within days of contacting the team they came around to look at the work I needed to complete and responded quickly with a fantastic quote. Having interacted with a number of tradespeople for quotes I decided to go with JSP as they were reliable, speedy and represented excellent value for money. They also organised a structural engineer to help move the speed of the job along. The team were excellent - couldn’t recommend more highly. Top workmanship.

  Several jobs around 150 year old property

  JSP Maintenance have completed an excellent series of jobs to a high standard, including damp exclusion, render repairs, French drain construction, and re-plastering. It has been a long and complex process dealing with an old house and Joe has been exceptional, especially by being clear, honest, reliable and aiming to do what he said he would do throughout and at a fair price. We would recommend him without hesitation, including the fact that he has a hard-working and friendly team, who want to do a good job and don't stop until everyone is happy. Full marks all round!

  Joe and his team was excellent from the start. Joe come out was very impressive and talked me through everything. Jsp done are whole roof start to finish. Will definitely recommend them. And will be using them again after Xmas

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was always great and Joe helped us with any problems that came up during the works. The end result is great. We will definitely use Joe again and would highly recommend him.
