    The person to measure the windows arrived on time, but made a mistake with what window to replace, but luckily this also needed to be replaced but it wasn’t the worst one.

    Email was received with a price to do the job. Contacted them and they came round to measure up and confirmed the price. Two weeks later they came and replaced the unit having agreed a date and time. Very efficient and friendly.

This concept proved so successful, the head office management decided to offer the service throughout the whole of the UK.

We replace steamed up double-glazed units…only the glass! – yes, it’s that simple…

We operate in one of the most competitive markets in the country… however in order to combat this we have developed a service that enables the customer to make huge savings by only replacing the glass… not the uPVC, wood, or aluminium frames.
