Quick response to my enquiry, estimate given over the phone using my measurements & then appointment made to come and check - Turned up dead on appointed time and confirmed estimate which was agreed. Item was ordered up and fitted two weeks later. Tow operatives arrived, again spot on time, fitted new double glazed door pane in swift time, removed old damaged glass. Very friendly on first meeting discussed wat i needed. Ordered there and then came to fix it today. Excellent job took less than 30 mins to change 2 windows left it all clean and tidy. Absolutely amazing from start to finish.. The company contacted me with no obligation to have them carry out the work, the company sent someone to measure up still with no obligation and a date was set for repair straight after a price was quoted which was more then reasonable!! They came on the date set and carried out the work in a very professional and caring way!! Amazing Job and would highly recommend this company!! This concept proved so successful, the head office management decided to offer the service throughout the whole of the UK.
We replace steamed up double-glazed units…only the glass! – yes, it’s that simple…
We operate in one of the most competitive markets in the country… however in order to combat this we have developed a service that enables the customer to make huge savings by only replacing the glass… not the uPVC, wood, or aluminium frames.
