10 No fuss, no pressure, great window replacement units

Really good working practice. We called for an appointment for 3 wet-inside windows. Measurer arrived on time, took details, sat in his van and emailed a very reasonable quotation and drove away. No awkward push to buy. Take it or leave it, ring to accept and pay. Men arrived on time to fit new glass units, in winter, all done within an hour and showed us a couple of tips on rubber surrounds.
