    They did a great job but I was a bit disappointed that the kitchen light didn’t switch on after they’d left. So I had to call them back to sort that out. Otherwise excellent service.

    Extractor fan install

    Turned up didn’t have saw to complete job. Said he would come back next day. Next day had an email trying to charge me again to return to finish the job. At no point was a further charge mentioned to me. Further charge waived. Man didn’t turn up as he was sick. Work completed one week later from original instal date. Not a very nice experience. Please ring customer when man isn’t going to turn up, I had to ring to find out. Don’t say you’re going to ring at 8 o clock the next morning and then don’t ring.

    I needed an ev charge installed very quick they were able to find a time very fast and the survey was good, the electrician explained everything clearly and show me how it everything would look. On the day of installation everything when well. Im very happy with the results and will definitely recommend
