James from MJP Electrical Services did a fantastic job with two electrical tasks for me. He was able to fix a faulty ceiling light and replace a double wall socket in a single visit, exactly as I had requested. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. It was easy to get in touch by phone, and they had good availability for the job. James was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Turned up didn’t have saw to complete job. Said he would come back next day. Next day had an email trying to charge me again to return to finish the job. At no point was a further charge mentioned to me. Further charge waived. Man didn’t turn up as he was sick. Work completed one week later from original instal date. Not a very nice experience. Please ring customer when man isn’t going to turn up, I had to ring to find out. Don’t say you’re going to ring at 8 o clock the next morning and then don’t ring.Verified reviewerJob location: GL3
