  ZERO STARS. First of all their booking people and the engineer were very polite and competent. The engineer found all the problems and solutions. Then the real problem started: the sales office came back making explicit pressure on me to change the boiler, suggesting repairs are uncertain and lengthy, quoting the repair actually 5 times more than what I ended up paying but also the replacement of the boiler way above market (as if we cannot use google). I ended up doing what I should have done right from the beginning. Called the manufacturer. All solved in 1 hour the day after.
