    Fix lock on conservatory door

    Alin called very quickly. He was polite and responsive despite me changing the times once or twice due to availability. On arrival he was knowledgeable presenting several options and talking through the pros and cons of each. He only left once i had tested the work and gave me tips on how to keep the new lock maintained and on the front door lock. Highly recommended

    Back door lock mechanism was getting stuck.

    Alin was a thorough professional from start to finish. He arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout, and quickly diagnosed the issue with the door lock mechanism. He knew exactly what was required and carried out the repair efficiently, with minimal disruption. Alin also took the time to explain the problem and the solution, which I really appreciated.
