  Repair and install new double glazing in two rooms

  Paul visited, checked my requirements and measured up. He erified what needed doing and sent a quote in writing on his business letterhead giving both cost and installation date. He kept me informed and attended on the date and time he had specified. He did the work and tidied up after himself. Paul sent final invoice which matched the quote. Throughout he was thoroughly pleasant and courteous. It was a pleasure to have Paul do this work.

  Excellent replacement friction hinge

  Paul was great, from his concern to the broken hinge presenting a security risk, to advising of his availability should we require his skills to fix the issue. He did a great job, improving on the initial fitting and giving an explanation as to maintenance, in being mindful of daily wear and tear. He was respectful to our property in wearing shoe covers on entry, without having been asked, showing his professionalism. I would recommend Paul for his great services and good value rates.

  Replacing blown double glazing in a conservation area

  I needed new double glazing in several 5 year old custom made timber frames and I thought I would have completely replace the windows and frames, Paul came to estimate and reckoned he could replace the just the glass, he carefully prised the glass out and showed me where they had not been properly sealed causing the fogging, a few hours later all the glass replaced and looking good, he came back a week later to check it all and fill all the tacking holes, a really good job
