  Fixing a uPVC sash window

  Paul was fantastic. My uPVC window stopped sliding due to a fault with one of the components. Paul was knowledgeable, reliable and communicated proactively. The part to fix the window took a little while to come through (which wasn’t Paul’s fault at all) and he kept me updated while I waited. Paul fixed the window and now it’s fully back to working order. Would fully recommend!

  Paul contacted me to arrange a visit to make sure he understood the job required at no charge. The fact that he took his time to make that the job ran smoothly was brilliant. For the work he turned up on time and worked quickly resolving all the issues effectively. Polite, prompt and skilled, Paul was excellent.

  Door repair

  My upvc door frame kept shaking when i opened/closed the door. Getting this fixed was on my to do list for a long time & I didn’t know how to go about it. I was researching on this platform & reached out to Ruby Dog Ltd who came & fixed my problem. Communication, price, workmanship was on point. Glad to have met Paul, will definitely use/recommend his service again when required.

  Very pleased indeed with the work carried out by Ruby Dog in November 2025, which was renovating warped window panels on a twelve year old conservatory. Paul was a pleasure to talk to, he was punctual and professional. Most of all, he successfully fixed a difficult job.
