  I cannot praise Paul at Ruby Dog Ltd more highly. He is one of the most professional, polite, reliable and efficient tradesmen I have ever met. From the point of quoting onwards, he was communicative, thorough, reasonable in terms of pricing and helpful. He kept me regularly updated on the ordering of my windows, and carried out the work neatly, efficiently and to an incredibly high standard. He really does go that extra mile and I highly recommend him.

  Paul was quick to come onsite and provide a quote. We had windows that were very old but he was able to get hold of replacement parts quickly and the work was carried out swiftly. He was great to deal with, I would recommend his services.
