    Jammed Printer Fixed

    I just had Wei over to my house to fix a jammed printer. He was on time, communicated with me throughout and was very professional. He fixed the problem within minutes. Would highly recommend him, he is very professional. Thank you Wei!

    Printer Setup

    An HP printer was set up and installed and connected to the WiFi. All checks and test printouts were done to ensure printer was working properly.

    Screen fix service review

    Wayne was an amazing business man. During the entire process of fixing my screen he made sure to keep me updated on any issues he found and always kept me in the loop of what was going on which I found helpful and interesting. He was extremely friendly and transparent while also being efficient and doing his best. I really appreciate his service and would recommend him to anyone I knew who was having IT problems.

    Sorting out superfast home internet

    Wayne was very knowledgeable and patient, helped me figure out what I needed and was very efficient in getting my new Internet set-up working. I had previously received advice from someone else but I had concerns about whether the information was reliable and whether the quote was excessive. He helped me understand what would work well (disabusing me of what I had been advised previously), made a recommendation of what equipment to buy and was great in getting everything to work. Excellent at communicating throughout.
