  Recommend for BE1 Property Services

  BE1 Property Services has now carried out 3 separate jobs for us. It always responds promptly. On each occasion it has been done professionally and effectively by Michael Barnes and a colleague. Additionally Michael has always identified if there is an underlying cause, explained what and why, and then dealt with that as well as the original problem. He has then ensured that the job is completed properly. On a personal level he is always friendly and leaves the site clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending BE1 (and Michael) to anyone who might need its services.

  Fix a faulty flushing toilet, replace immersion heater element

  Internal drain issue

  Michael came today regarding an issue with my drains making a noise when flushing the toilet and running water in the sink. He gave a diagnosis quickly and very honestly informed me that with little cost, we could resolve the issue without him having to get involved, although was very happy to do the work if I wished him to. I was very appreciative of his honest feedback and that he wasn't just looking for a quick sale. Would definitely use this company again.
