  The front bedroom had rising damp around the chimney breast and the bay window.

  Robert came round to inspect the site a few days after my initial enquiry, and an estimate soon followed. The work started on time and was completed on time and to budget. The standard of workmanship was very high, and Robert arranged for a carpenter and decorator to come and finish off the job was without me needing to engage anyone else . If only all building jobs were as easy as this…

  No hot water...

  Hamad returned my call (within 10 minutes) and arranged to attend the flat the next day. He does not have a call-out charge, rather he assess the problem and then tells you what needs doing. The hot water system needed a new value and he uttered the magic words..."I have a new one in the van". So job done within the hour, site left tidy and hot water restored. Hamad is very pleasant to deal with; I would recommend him and I will definitely be using him again.

  Moving sensor

  Very efficient service from the office and two engineers over two visits to reposition a sensor. A small job but no effort spared.
