Billy and his team were professional, polite, reliable and tidy throughout this job. The work involved flat roof replacement, guttering and chimney stack repairs. We received a full list of what was required and the associated cost before the work started and a 10 year guarantee. We had various issues with water ingress on a roof extension completed by other builders a few years ago. Billy and his team did a thorough investigation to identify the problem areas, provided expert advice, and rectified the issues to a high standard. Having worked with Billy before, I knew we could rely on them. They were knowledgeable, kept us informed throughout, and delivered what they promised. Had some serious issue with ridges to our roof after heavy winds, had a few very expensive quotes come back with not a lot of back up information.
