Appointment quickly arranged via the app with a phone call to confirm what the issue was with the lock. They arrived on time and, after an inspection, resolved the matter. Matt, explained the work carried out, was professional and friendly. Advice was provided on other matters affecting the door with minor adjustments being made to other internal and external doors. Excellent service - contacted early & came out that (weekend) morning following problems with front door lock. Fixed very quickly & looked at back door problems as well. Very friendly & answered my questions. Even offered to replace front door lock paying just for parts if problems occurred in the forthcoming period.
