Excellent service - contacted early & came out that (weekend) morning following problems with front door lock. Fixed very quickly & looked at back door problems as well. Very friendly & answered my questions. Even offered to replace front door lock paying just for parts if problems occurred in the forthcoming period. He walked me through every step, gave me a good variety of options to pick from, reasonably priced, got the job done promptly and when he got a cancellation, he called and pushed our appointment forward, tested all the equipment was in good working order and had me test it all before he left. I ran into an issue because I wasn't used to the lock but he guided me on how to use the lock correctly.
