Kyle was very knowledgeable and he answered all questions asked. He knew what he was talking about :). He also gave us suggestions on the best way to conduct the tests, which was tremendous help. He was very calm and understanding of all pupils running about and trying to interrupt him. Unfortunately we was unable to carry out a test fire alarm, however we did in fact have a alarm raised (microwave fire). So Karl was able to show us in real time the process on how to reset the fire alarm system and call points..

The engineer was very pleasant and polite and conducted all the tests in nice business like manner. He has visited my home before however he courteously asked me where the various sensors are fitted and asked to check the one upstairs. Very pleased with the service ... thank you..
