  I can’t recommend The Builders NT highly enough. They did a superb job, finished when they said they would, and for the quoted price. The room was left tidy at the end of each day, and they cleaned up when they finished - even washing down the front door! Lovely guys to have around as well, pleasant and polite. I am on my own here and I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and will recommend them to others. 10/10

  Deep clean of house prior to moving in

  I’m so disappointed. I booked this company to carry out a deep clean on a house I’ve just bought in Guildford. I paid immediately on receipt of invoice as I wasn’t in the U.K. and knew they were a small start up and would need the cash flow. Big mistake. The clean was very poor and I’ve been attempting to get them to return for the last three weeks. I’ve now discovered that the carpet they cleaned in the basement was left sopping wet and black mould is growing. Apparently it’s the fault of the house!!! This water has suddenly appeared from nowhere and is nothing to do with them! Avoid!

  Sanding and restoration of two pine floors.

  Kevin was absolutely first class, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would certainly use him again should the need ever arise. His communication was excellent, he was courteous and kind, and went out of his way to fit me in when he knew I need to get back home to my husband who had been very ill. Workmanship was of the highest standard and I still can’t work out why there wasn’t a speck of dust! Really heartwarming to find there are still people around like this.

  Very good service - other removals companies turned their noses up at such a small job but Frazer was happy to help. Men arrived promptly, and when they realised more manpower was needed this was swiftly arranged. The initial quote was exceeded, but this was to be expected given that an additional two men had to be brought in quickly to lift the treadmill. I would definitely use them again.

  James is very pleasant and came to the house which made things so much easier. Admin etc. Went very easily. Can't rate the fitters highly enough. They were excellent, and would definitely use James for Carpets again, but will request the same fitting team!!!

  EXTERNAL SUPPLY TO NEW SHED, NEW SHEPHERDS HUT

  Mark is always a superb workman, but this time he truly excelled himself. I had a new shed built, around 100metres from the house, over the other side of a stream and could see no way to get a supply to it. He not only installed the electrical supply, together with internal fittings, but I actually couldn't see how he got the supply over there, he fitted and covered the wiring so well! He also installed a supply to a hut in another area and discovered that the pre-installed lighting/switches in this were in fact dangerous so removed them and reinstalled safe equipment. He is very very good

  Mark's work is excellent, he is extremely proficient in what he does, works quickly, tidily and is always happy to help out with anything that might come up during the process of the job. Having spent at least 6 months on site here over the last 5 years, we have got very used to having him around and trust him totally. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, he is currently quoting for some extra work, but is just as happy popping round to put in a new external light as he is doing a full re-wire.
