10 Honestly the best in the area

Brilliant service and went above and beyond to fix issues with our flooring before they laid the carpet. They also came out to fix a few small details and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Everyone in the team is great, from James who helped us pick the perfect carpet, to the office team who answered all of our questions, and the wonderful installation team who did a great job. My whole house has been carpeted and vinyl laid. James arrives with years of experience with samples to choose from. Quote is provided and unless they need to order in generally the installation is completed fairly quickly. The fitters are professional neat and tidy and installed my order very nicely and neatly. Is the second time that we have used James for carpets. A delivery company damaged our flooring and James came out to go over the new floor types and got us quotes. We were able to send these off and Alex from James for carpets then dealt with the other company's insurers for us, making a stressful situation so much easier. Shortly after, the date was set and now we have a new floor down, laid quickly, professionally and with care.
