  Repair to fitted carpet

  My cat had scratched my newly fitted carpet so I called James For Carpets and they came round and repaired it really quickly. I can't thank Ben enough for his professionalism and friendliness. Thanks so much James for Carpets!

  New Lounge Carpet

  Right from the start the customer service with James for Carpets was exemplary. Alex who got in touch with us very quickly after our enquiry was friendly, helpful and accommodating. James is the epitome of what excellent customer service should be. His knowledge of his trade and innate desire to do what he can for his customers was appreciated. We had no hesitation in getting booked in with James for Carpets. Fitters were great too - we've now had lounge, stairs, landing and a bedroom done because of the positive experience with this company Wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Re-stretching a carpet lifted for repairs to heating pipes below

  In the scale of things this was only a fairly minor job. Nevertheless James who visited our property was very detailed and reassuring in his initial assessment of the work involved. The fitters subsequently did a really great job. They were very energetic and keen to complete a perfect job for us so I cannot praise them enough. On the basis of this I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to James Carpets for new carpets and the fitting of them.

  Holywood fitting on stairs looked fantastic. No door bars o doors looks almost like 1 bit of carpet upstairs.

  To supply and fit a carpet in the guest room with grippers, underlay and door bar

  This is the third room in the house that James has quoted, supplied and fitted. Once booked in I was kept updated as to when the fitter would arrive and a call a few days before to see if everything was good to proceed having had painting and decorating done. The fitter was polite, friendly and efficient moving furniture that I couldn’t managed on my own. The carpet was fitted promptly, hoovered and all waste was taken away including the old flooring. All at a good price and for a great job. Will be using this company again to finish off two more rooms and the landing.

  Stairs fitting

  I had an excellent experience with James for Carpets. They supplied and fitted my new carpet at a very good price. The team was professional and did an outstanding job with the installation. The quality of the carpet is amazing, and I’m completely satisfied with the results. They were helpful throughout the process and left everything clean and tidy afterward. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others looking for quality carpets at competitive prices.
