  no fuss, professional, reliable good carpet fitters

  second time we have used them, and will use them time and time again. Efficient workers, polite, did a great job, we have a challenging (listed) 17th century house with uneven old floors and they respected it, worked with it, and got the job done on time. Carpet looks great.

  First class service from beginning to end. The mobile showroom is a fantastic concept and James gave excellent advice on my choice of carpet and was a pleasure to deal with. The fitters arrived on time on the pre agreed date and did an excellent job. The whole experience was very positive and I am delighted with the final result. I will be using James for my next job and would recommend them to anyone.

  Professional and reliable company

  A thoroughly professional service from choosing a carpet to completing the job. Also they had contacts with a plumber and carpenter who needed to do work before the carpet could be laid and both were reliable and professional. The two fitters were polite and respectful and it was a pleasure doing business with everyone. Would certainly recommend them to friends in need of carpets

  5-star experience and service from start to finish! James was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly during our initial consultation, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our fitter, Ben, arrived on time each day, was polite and professional, and did a fantastic job installing both the flooring and carpet. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results and couldn’t recommend James more highly for anyone looking for quality carpets and service!

  Lounge carpet

  The floor was cleaned and the edges fixed where some tiles had broken when I removed the old gripper rods and they dealt with the nails that I could not remove. New gripper, new underlay and then the new carpet was fitted. I could not fault the two people who did the work, they kept me informed of when to expect them, they were polite and clean and did a great job. No hesitation in recommending them / James for Carpets. When I am ready for the next room to be done I will be going back to them. Thank you,
