  From the moment James first arrived to measure up for our rooms, he was polite, courteous and knowledgable. Subsequently, his fitters were reliable and also extremely polite and did an excellent job on all three areas - we wouldn't hesitate to use James for Carpets Limited again. We would highly recommend them.

  Pleasure to deal with ! Very efficient in lead up and fitting day given a call with more accurate eta plus fitters were lovely, friendly but got in with it and did a very professional job - highly recommended

  Great Carpet!

  I highly recommend James for Carpets. I needed to replace my lounge carpet and decided to call them due to seeing lots of their vans around Horsham and wanting to use a local business. James came round with samples and measured my room. He was very friendly and did not pressure me. I then booked them in to fit the carpet. The lads that came round were great, friendly, and respected my house. They even helped me put my furniture back in the room. Would 100% recommend if you want a new carpet. Alex in their office is a top bloke as well!

  Top carpet fitting team

  We chose James for Carpets as they came recommended. We were glad we did. James sent us 3 top professional fitters. Alan, Rowan and Ben. They cleaned everything before they started and again after. They fitted 2 bedrooms, landing, stairs and hallway. They did a fantastic job, it looks amazing. Alan especially as he laid a striped stair carpet and every line matched up. I was beyond happy. Top professional fitters wand would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

  Always like to support local businesses, James for Carpets was the first that came up on Google.... an didnt disappoint... James was very quick to respond an visit, lovely guy, friendly, advice given as to which carpet etc, no pressure felt, but we went ahead anyway.... guys that came to fit were prompt, friendly, professional, quick, tidied up, an took old carpet, ( sorry forgot their names ) but they were great. Would highly recommend an reasonably priced an great quality 👌
