  Structural alterations and new window openings

  Nick and Tim at The Builders NT were a delight to work with. They completed structural work, brickwork, plastering and plumbing for me and the quality of their work and attention to detail is excellent. They took the time to explain each aspect of the job and ensure I was happy with their work at every stage. The job site was tidy at the end of each day and they worked hard in challenging weather conditions. Nick and Tim are good natured and good humoured, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

  Renovation of bedroom and two staircases

  Nik and Tim have transformed our house and left us absolutely delighted. Their quality of work combined with their attitude and attention to detail have made them a pleasure to have around. They were punctual and reliable and always consulted us to ensure the best outcomes, also offering ideas in the process. The job involved the removal of a chimney breast and large areas of blown/water damaged plaster. Whilst this was a messy job, they always cleared up at the end of day to leave the house in the best condition possible considering the disruption. Great job from demolition to final decor!

  Repairs

  Nick and Tim replied promptly to my request for help. They coordinated the job with the gas safe plumber. Arrived the following day, removed kitchen cupboards and revealed access to gas pipe. Gas pipe was repaired. New screed laid, then cupboards replaced the next day in their original position, without having disturbed the worktop. It’s just as if it never happened. I am so grateful to them for their care and sympathy with my dire situation, that I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be calling on their services again. Thanks so much.

  Renewed the sealant in two bathrooms

  Great job completed by Tim and Nick. Professional and friendly, they arrived on time and completed the work as l had wanted and to their quote. They were easy to have in the house, worked quietly and solidly through the day. Very happy with the quality of work and would definitely use them again.

  Kitchen floor prepped and tiled

  Nick was recommended to me by a client that had two bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling, such a perfect job I asked for his contact details. They done an excellent job for us tiling a new kitchen floor slab, very knowledgeable and made sure the flow screed had dried to the required levels to ensure the finished job would be long lasting.   Extension plus decoration

  The best builders who have ever worked on our house. Extremely diligent and putting client's interest first. Always upfront and working extra hours to accommodate the extra work we had to go through and still meet the deadline. We have two little children and having everything done on time was crucial. They are super tidy workers.
