  Damp patch on chimney breast

  Rees called. Looked on roof. Found that a tile had not been put down properly and a bit of the flashing on the corner of the chimney had curled. Straightened and flattened. New his trade and explained what was happening. Hopefully resolved. Not had rain since. Had 2 quotes from other roofers £650 and £1500. Thankful that haven't had to pay for unnecessary work. Hats off to you Rees.

  Initially Alan stated was outside his area but came anyway to do the work. He was knowledgeable, punctual,courteous from the start. Completed the work sooner than anticipated and reduced the original quoted price and cleared away all rubbish at no extra charge. Advised on what the problems were. Kept informed and up to date throughout. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.

  Plastered walls and ceilings bathroom kitchen and bedroom and another bedroom ceiling and landing plasterboard patch

  The work is not up to standard. The plaster in the bedroom cracked when dried and the ceiling cracks still visible. The bathroom has gouges and dents in plaster the kitchen also. Where new electric sockets were chanelled the plasterehad cracked the next day.Thick plaster on door edges ledges new windows. Mess left everywhere. Spent 3 nights with friends cleaning, Poor time keeping ,did not take care or pay attention to detail.Late first day and second.Second day did not keep me informed he would be late. Arrived 8.30 when said would arrive 8am.
