  Wall tie replacement

  Alan Patrick carried out a wall tie survey and then installed new wall ties. Alan was very helpful and explained the process to me fully and the work was carried out to a high standard. Would highly recommend his company.

  This is our second time of using Hampshire Building Preservation, called back as we were pleased with the original work they carried out. They visited and explained what action was required to deal with a rising damp issue. They sent in writing a clear explanation of the work, breaking it down into three areas of work and giving us a choice of 'part works' or one complete work with each part costed and a reduced cost for the whole work. After we accepted they gave us a start and finish date which they adhered to. They were very tidy workers and respected our property.

  Alan was great from start to finish. Great communication, easy to deal with and friendly. He was on time, carried out the work exactly as described and kept us informed every step. He left was also really clean and tidy. 100% would recommend, can't fault him.

  This is the second time I've used Alan and his team for a fairly big job. He, again, has been nothing but helpful, professional and quick to get the job done.
