  Clear, honest, friendly and reliable - highly recommended

  We cannot recommend Platinum windows & Conservatories enough! From the initial visit where Dan was honest, clear and clearly an expert in his field to the swift clear accurate quotation the experience was swift, friendly and clear. It was really helpful that Dan could recommend solutions for what we were looking for. The fit date was agreed and the team were amazing! They were punctual, friendly and happy to explain what they were doing each day. I have to say the respect and tidyness from the fitting team was in a class of its own compared to any other work we have had done. Thankyou!

  Keyless entry smart app controlled front door.

  This is the second house where we have used Dan and the team. This time initially for a replacement front door, which they installed with a Smart lock app & key and fobs. So no longer a need for door keys. Amazing service and professionalism as usual Would highly recommend. Will definitely use them again when it comes to the windows.

  Beyond Expectations - Legendary Service, Flawless Installation and Outstanding Care

  Platinum Windows & Conservatories were outstanding from start to finish! Dan gave honest advice, clear communication, and zero sales pressure. Mark and his son Jake delivered flawless installation with perfectionist care, treating our home like their own and keeping everything spotless daily. When we needed some building work, they even arranged builders and scaffolding. Amazing service, excellent pricing, and incredible quality. And we’re already planning to use them again.   The best!

  This is the second time we have used Dan. First time he replaced some windows which were great and he has just fitted some bi-folds in our new extension which look great! He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on colours and size. The men who did the fitting were friendly and professional and did a fab job. Would not hesitate to recommend platinum.   We moved into our house over 7 years ago in Hedge End and used Dan and the team to replace all windows including our porch frosted windows and a new front door. However inexplicably one of our frosted windows shattered on a Saturday. Despite the gap in time Dan remembered us and came as soon as he could to examine the window. A replacement was ordered straight away and replaced on the day so quickly. No fuss, no mess and really friendly. Always nice to use a local company and we would not hesitate to use them again.

  Great quality windows

  We had some new windows fitted. We were really pleased with the end result. Amazing quality windows at a great price. Would highly recommend, we are getting the guys back for some other work we want done as would bot use anyone else.
