  Excellent service

  From start to finish they were very professional. I was given a quote for tge work in a couple of days. As soon as the windows were ready to install i was contacted with a mutual convenient date, and they arrived on time. The work was carried out very professionally and to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble. All cleaned up after themselves. So very pleased with the result. Thank you to Dan and his team.

  Excellent service from Dan and his team at Platinum Windows and Conservatories. They completed a full window installation to a very high standard. Professional, efficient, and great quality workmanship. Highly recommended. This is the second time we have used Dan for a full window & door installation.(this and our previous house). We are also be looking to use them in the future to manage and complete our full double garage conversion, as their workmanship and attention to detail is faultless.

  The best trades expereince I've had so far.

  Dan and his team replaced all our windows and doors. (4 Bed detached) Absolutely fantastic experience, friendly and not pushy explanation of what our options were. Work done to an incredibly high quality and very fast. There was an unavoidable delay (not their fault) and yet they communicated clearly and I think it slowed things down by perhaps a day? All very neat and they cleaned up too. My only regret is I'm now out of windows and doors to fix up for probably a decade or so.

  Excellent, trustworthy and first class

  Dan. Mark and their family team have recently converted our tired conservatory to a beautiful. Orangey with solid ceiling, plaster walls external, bifold doors, latex floor and internal bifold doors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked tirelessly accommodating additional requests such as putting in an internal cat flap, new conservatory window hinges, changing fixtures and fittings to match what we already had. We left them in charge of our house whilst we were on holiday and Dan kept us fully informed and checked in with us constantly. We cannot recommend them enough.

  Beautiful Door

  Had a front door fitted. The door was of a high quality and just what we ordered. The guys came on the day of the appointment and on time.The door was fitted and no mess left. They cleaned the porch and took the old door away. They were very polite and explained how to lock and unlock the door. I would recommend this company and it’s high standards.

  Excellent Service, good quality product great team

  We used Dan and Mark some years ago so when we needed the original windows in the front of the house and the main front door replaced, they were the first choice. Dan was quick to come out to give us a quotation which when reviewing against other suppliers was very competitive so we selected then to do the work. A follow up visit to do the detailed measurements followed quickly and the order was placed for the windows. We were kept informed of progress and contacted once the windows were in to arrange installation. The installation went well and we are very happy with the final result.
