Terry was a top bloke. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. I left a voicemail and he called back within 5 mins. Said he would arrive in 30 mins and did so. VW - Diesel - 102k miles early 2025 - ABS - amber dash lights came up - was a problem with the rear wheel - offside - Terry sorted - see my prior review on 14.03.25 start of summer 2025 ... similar ... ABS - amber dash light came up ... this time ... rear wheel - nearside ... Terry answered my message on checker trade seeing if someone could help me with my Kia rio automatic car, which I was left in sticky situation with by RAC telling me two different problems with my car. and on top I was in the middle of moving. Terry arrived early and was so polite and freindly. Looked at job and told me what issue was. Advised on where to buy parts and how to do job if I wanted to attempt it myself or to contact him and he be happy to do it. Aĺso was happy to look at another vehicle at same time and give quote. Terry left school and immediately joined his father’s general garage business based in London learning the trade on the tools, worked his way though the company and became a Director back in the 1980's. The company is still trading to this day.
