  Went above and beyond would highly recommend

  I reached out to Mark on a Saturday, fully expecting no response until the working week but he replied within minutes. He rang me to say he was in the area and could come by to quote for cleaning our soffits, fascia, and gutters. Mark was extremely thorough in discussing what work was needed and, refreshingly, didn't push for any unnecessary extras. Mark flagged a few areas for future watch but focused solely on what required attention right now. Two weeks later, he turned up exactly when he said he would. He completed everything we discussed professionally, left the place spotless.

  Insulating and boarding down loft

  Steve gave me a quote for insulating and boarding down my loft. A month later the work began. The workmen were very polite punctual and kept me updated on how the work was progressing. Very happy with the end result. And will keep the house warmer in winter Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Steve and the team.

  New boiler installation

  After noticing a leak I contacted Mark James and he came round the following day to assess the situation a new boiler was required and a few days later I received the quote through which I was happy with and then the work was booked in. On the morning of my new boiler being installed I received a phone call from Lee saying he and his apprentice would be with me within 10 minutes. Excellent communication time keeping, trustworthy knowledgeable answering any questions I had. They even did an extra job of replacing the bath tap and shower. Very tidy. Would highly recommend to others.

  Measuring for a blind and fitting it.

  They had the measuring done quickly and within a few weeks a good quality blind had been fitted within about half an hour. They were polite and friendly.

  Clearing household rubbish and garden rubbish

  I contacted this company on the Wednesday and they replied within about a couple of hours they emailed me straight back after I sent them pictures of what was to be collected and the emails back and forth to the company were very quick in their reply they gave me a quote which I was very happy with they came on the Friday the same week I also had a shed that needed to be taken down and taken away. The two men who arrived were very quick at their job and very polite and took everything away. It took less than an hour and I was very happy with the end result. I would use this company again.

  Barrel lock needed replacing.

  John came out to change my barrel lock, when I first contacted this firm John kept in touch with me as to when he could come and do it by email as he was out of the area for a couple of days. He was very polite and tidy and the job took less than 15 minutes and gave me some useful tips about spraying the metal parts of my UPVC door once a year. I would highly recommend this company and they charge no call out fee. Thank you John for sorting my door.

  Biler maintenance.

  Mr Biggs turned up at the time stated. Servicing the boiler took no time at all .Sorted problem in airing cupboard for me and told me what to do if it happened again. Gave me some advice on electric showers and which one was best for the bathroom. Polite at all times very tidy would recommend this firm to others and would use this firm again.
