  Bathroom leak

  They managed to identify the leak very quickly and worked efficiently and at a high quality to repair and resolve the leak. The pricing however wasn’t completely clear, although they mentioned the structure if flooring had to be removed, but they did the work on the same day as the investigation so the pricing wasn’t obvious for the work carried out with the investigation. Overall though, they were very prompt and completed the work to a high standard.

  An excellent job

  One of Mark's team arrived as scheduled to do a job on my toilet cistern. Morgan was very professional, knew his stuff and put a lot of work into completing the job very well. It was the first time that I have used Mark James plumbing and I'll keep his card for my next plumbing job.

  Amazing tiling

  Mark came round two tile our walls and flooring during a bathroom refurbishment, what an amazing job, neighbours have come around and commented on the amazing tiling, Mark and Morgan professional happy and cheerful and very hard working would not hesitate to recommend.

  Supply & fit a new ball valve

  We rang Mark to enquire if he could fix a dripping overflow pipe in our header tank. He rang back the same evening and sent someone the next morning. Work completed promptly in a friendly and professional manner. We have used Mark’s plumbing services before and would definitely to do again. Very pleased.

  Replacement kitchen tap.

  Had an old dripping kitchen tap which needed to be replaced. Contacted Mark, who sorted a replacement, and had the tap fitted. Very quick and excellent service.
