Boiler Replacement

We engaged Paul to replace the failed boiler at my mother's flat. He and his father Roland did an excellent job, despite the challenges in removing the old flue, and fitting the new one imposed by the boiler being on the third storey of a four storey block of maisonettes. Would thoroughly recommend.

Boiler fault fixed quickly

My Worcester combi boiler was making weird bubbling noises and not heating at all and the usual fixes didn’t work so I called RJ Biggs and sons and left a mess age. (I had never used them before and had looked for a company certified to service Worcester boilers in the Poole area) They called back and Paul came over in the next hour - on a Saturday - and had resolved the problem and restored my hot water within 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company if you have a boiler emergency or it needs a service.
