  Great response from Nathan at North Star. A difficult job as it was an end of tenancy clean combined with a death in the house so very unpleasant. He got the job done whilst I was travelling abroad without any complaints. Turned up on time, did a good job and have a good price. Would recommend and use again

  Bathroom Leak and Repair

  I used Mark from Engineer Booking due to a leak in bathroom that a tenant reported and I could not identify with my average plumbing experience. It was important to resolve as it was in a block of flats and I didn’t want to incur other costs from other properties. Mark had camera equipment and identified the cause of the problem ( the tenant) through investigative probing. Once identified problem was repaired/resolved and I’m confident no potential leaks into other properties ( as well as my own)
