    Deep clean and painting

    Booked to do deep clean with inside windows and carpets cleaned. Which has not been done. He said he was a decorator too so I booked him to paint the house before I moved in. Excuses constantly, had my keys 4wks and didn’t clean and the paint job is the worst I’ve seen. When I complained he was rude and even called me names. I ended up having to block him. He ruined the carpet in every room and got paint everywhere. I have spoke to check a trade and trading standards and I’m getting legal advice. Over £1200 out of pocket and the whole thing has made me ill. I have many pics to show how bad!

    We’d like the public to note that we encouraged this review. We went above and beyond to transform Lisa’s tired & rundown property into something suitable to live in. Her property was run down and incredibly dirty and in need of full renovation after 2.5 weeks (not 4 as Lisa lies), we advised that the meagre 750 she’d paid, not 1200, wasn’t going to cover the cost of getting it how she wanted at which point she began to threaten negative reviews if we didn’t do the work she wanted. Her expectations are incredibly unrealistic and her entitled attitude wasn’t going to bully us into free work.

    Kitchen and WC deep clean

    The kitchen was very greasy by the previous owners but it was cleaned really well and to a high standard. The WC was also cleaned and was made instantly usable which is what we wanted. Definitely recommend 😊
