  Emergency repair for a leak, will be be requesting other non emergency as well

  Called as we had a leak in our bathroom that was causing a flood in the garage. They said they could be with us in an hour. They arrived less than 40 minutes later. Very nice for them to arrive early and give us accurate times. Nothing worse when they are late and it's an emergency so this was massively appreciated. They came in, was very polite, quick and efficient at fixing the leak. Went above and beyond and also installed a stop valve so if we did get a leak again we could stop it and not worry about having to do an emergency call out. Considering it was a Sunday and emergency the price was extremely good. I will be calling again but for planned work hopefully next time. I highly recommend CH4 Plumbing and heating.

  Ch4 contacted me very quickly, arranged to come to the house within 90 minutes and arrived early. they were extremely respectful and helpful. they fixed my (quite serious) leak after correctly diagnosing it and then collecting parts from a supplier. also helped me understand how to look after my own home, and informed my naïve self about how to maintain and handle an emergency in the future if one were to be present elsewhere in the home or in the plumbing. very good experience, good price, fast response, excellent service. will be using again when things inevitably go wrong in the home.

  Replacing a kitchen mixer tap

  Excellent quick communication. We posted the job Saturday evening and he was able to come Sunday morning. He arrived on time, the work was excellent, he was knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises in future.
