Carpentry - Bespoke
Custom-made cabinets, bookshelves, tables, chairs, shelving units, custom beds, vanity units, TV walls, decorative walls, stair doors.
The end product can range from simple and functional to highly ornate and decorative, depending on the client’s preferences and budget.
Overall, bespoke carpentry offers a way to create truly unique and personalised pieces of furniture or woodwork that are tailored to meet the exact needs and desires of the client.
We offer a worktop cutting or fitting service for the DIY market, clients fit and fix the kitchen base unit in place, and we finish it off with a worktop(s) Or buy the kitchen/bathroom supply through us with fitting included.
We offer hardwood flooring and tiles.
We will walk you through each stage from the concept.
We supply all building materials, plus all appliances needed for clients engineer fitting appointments.
Supplying high quality products for the perfect finishes.
We are very proud of our warranty service, if you should need it, we will repair faults of our installation with a guarantee of 12 months.
(If there's a fault caused by any other works or items not is not linked to our install this will then be a chargeable call out at the usual hourly rate)
We give time slots for the engineer's attendance.
They are ETA because of the nature of the business and the way it operates.
If the client before your appointment is running over this will affect your appointment slot. Before booking any appointment it is explained the terms of the ETA, you will be kept fully informed of the ETA of your engineers attendance.
Once On-site, we locate or source the materials or appliances, we also supply parts for broken down appliances if they are still in date and start the works immediately.
We charge Per Hour- Chargeable works: include, estimate, order, and collection(s) of materials, works and Housekeeping.
Housekeeping is to ensure the safe working area, to be handed over back to the client(s).
Each day is chargeable at the end of shift cut off 20:00 or completion of works and via our engineers' works hand-held tracked device to write up the invoice payable via bank transfer.
The collection of parts/materials is chargeable, up to 1-hour travel allowance time to mechanics and return, where the order has been paid before the appointment, your engineer will inform you
once loaded and time starts, this will be brought to the appointment.
Same day instruction with normal collection order agreed is 100% by bank transfer via invoice submitted for the supply of goods before collection.
Then remaining labour change per hr at the end of the shift is taken to complete that day shift.
Booked Supply estimate chargeable by one hour.
T&C: This will be asked to be confirmed and accepted before any estimate/works are begun.
Nothing is contractual until the invoice for materials has been paid or a attendance date is set and confirmed.
Cancellation is required the day before the start date of advance booking, 24hr before the agreed time of attendance, if the engineer attendants and can't gain access a standard 2-hour charge is invoiced of the agreed hourly rate.
Pre-order will try to be obtained before leaving the estimated address, but in some cases, the company has to attend to collect, each collection 60 minutes must be allowed.
Works: setting out protection coverings where needed, works started and housekeeping and writing up the day's invoice to be paid while the engineer is still on site at 20:00 or when the engineer leaves.
Payment stage: writing up that day's shift "works", either at shift end or completion is reached if it is found more finish time is needed, it will be at this point further booking slot(s) are offered, this is confirmed with payment of that day's write up.
A provisional booking is placed after estimates have been agreed on, a booking does not become contractual until invoice has been paid for any reason works cannot be completed because of clients' issues or mistake materials parts or nonrefundable after invoice being placed and we will deliver the ordered materials to address work was intended for.
