  Very pleased with the work done. Neil kept us informed as the job progressed, gave us choices, explained the limitations involved and was positive and cheerful. Such a clean and tidy worker. I've made sure I have his contact details for small plumbing problems that we can't deal with. Excellent experience.

  Unacceptable behaviour

  Had to pay £30 for a survey leading to a quote. No other firms were interested and feedback seemed favourable. Guy who came out appeared to understand the garage door. A previous firm had already done an emergency job and we knew we needed new tracking. Took some time to get quite and it included an unnecessary and expensive electrical equipment of over £500. Asked for quite with only necessary tracking but *parts were unavailable* Suddenly. Yeah...

  Releasing stuck garage door

  The company arrived very quickly, which was wonderful as our garage door was stuck. Husband did not have the right tool to bash away the offending bit! Door released quickly. We haven't yet had the bill.

  A good job, done by Paul, always professional & skilful. The tangle of plumbing for my dishwasher was sorted out beautifully. (I had to chose which service I required, & plumbing wasn't a given option.)

  Mending front door draught excluder

  Very disappointed with the work done. Communication was difficult. I asked to be emailed not phoned this was ignored. Workmen did not arrive at the time they said. Our property was damaged not improved. After complaining, a 2nd worker was brought who promised an email that evening & work the next day. He agreed the first worker has done a poor job. We decided to give him a chance. He did not send the email, nor did he turn up to do the work. We waited in all day. No work done. We are stressed, we find we now cannot trust the promised made by this firm & we want nothing more to with this firm

  Fitting bun feet to sofa and foam padding where needed.

  We were pleased that our sofa was inspected and a decision made on the way ahead. We decided the sofa would be taken to EPM workshops, assessed, bun feet fitted after collapsed, ancient casters removed, sofa made good. We are delighted as our 37 yr old sofa has a new lease of life. Highly recommend this firm.
