  Poor follow up support after sevice

  The engineer was both polite and informative. He did a great job. During the service he did a reaet on the contril unit which meant he had to program in the remotes. Unfortunatley i forgot to give him one in the cuod, so i phoned the day aftwr and asked if someone could help me. I was told that they "dont come out for that sort of thing'., but they would get someone to call me....still waiting...

  I was very impressed with the way my initial enquiry was handled to the completion of the installation. The staff were very helpful during my visit to the Guildford Showroom. At no time did I feel I was being pressured to place an order. My queries were answered honestly. Delivery of the door was ahead of the estimated date. Installation was completed on the day and time agreed. The installation team were helpful, informative and professional. All in all, a job very well done. Delighted with the result.   Good service from the start, survey completed on time and date arrange for fitting. Fitters turn up on time and carried out the work, area was left clean and tidy overall a very good service
