  replace car port roof

  I have used Refine property maintenance before and it is are a very reliable company. Ashley and Kieran came to replace my leaky car port roof. The job threw up a few challenges, but they happily overcame the issues and I am very pleased with the result. The team are very hard working, work cheerily and tidily and kept me informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.

  Picket fencing erected

  This is the third time I have used SJM fencing. James is always quick to come to see what the job involves and give me a very competitive quote. He has just erected a picket fence in my front garden which looks perfect and exactly what I wanted. His work is always very neat and tidy, he keeps me informed of progress throughout, he is courteous and polite and tidies up before leaving. Definitely recommend.

  Very happy with the service from tip top. Ricky completely understood my requirements with help on lap top. He generally sorted out lap top including setting up new security, back up, and office for me. Very speedy response and competitive charges. Will definitely recommend and use again.

  Back door fitting

  We are so pleased to have found such a great tradesman. Joe came to fit a new garage back door to replace the old one. He has gone above and beyond with this job. We are very pleased with the finished result, he was polite, tidy and professional and kept us informed throughout the task and contacted us regularly beforehand regarding date and time of visit. Will definitely recommend and will not hesitate to call on him again when needed.

  Porcelain slabs laid over patio area.

  We had porcelain slabs laid over our large existing patio. The existing area was very uneven and there were several very awkward obstacles in the way, not least the washing line and manhole cover. However, Alex and Sam happily overcame them and the result is nothing short of perfect and looks wonderful. The chaps were extremely hard working and tidy and kept us informed during the process. From the day Richard came to give the quote to the completion has been easy and trouble free. Would totally recommend this company without hesitation.

  New fencing

  I cannot fault Sjm fencing. James responded very quickly to my call. He came to look at what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote the same evening. We arranged a date to erect my new fence panels and James and his dad came on planned date. They were polite, friendly and professional and made an excellent job of erecting the new fence panels and posts, tidied up perfectly on completion. I am extremely satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend.

  Excellent service from AJC roofing. Abraham was very professional, polite and tidy. He kept me informed throughout with timing, contacting me with day and time of visit. He showed me each step of the repair to be sure I was satisfied. I certainly was satisfied and would definitely recommend him and use his services again if needed.   Have used Ewell several times before. They are an excellent local family business with a highly respected work ethic .Appointments are always kept on time. Fitters are polite, tidy, knowledgeable and speedy. Had a small issue which was rectified immediately. Office staff are always ready to help, also very polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Definitely to be recommended.

  This was the first time we used shard services. Patrick did a brilliant job. Arrived exactly at time specified and thoroughly explained about cleaning system and ways to pay. Polite,courteous and tidy. Will definitely continue to use this company and is so convenient to be informed of next visit on the previous day. Lovely to see our windows sparkling again.
