  Nice people to deal with from start to finish. In thee d they delivered a great product at a reasonable price. My only issue was it took. Three attempts to get it right as the first two windows they fitted were flawed and had to replaced. So, it took much longer than it should. They were totally fine about the need to replace, it would have been better if they checked the product for flaws before installing.

  Thank you for your honest and kind review. Unfortunately the glass units supplied to us had minor marks inside the glass. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the products are of a high standard, flaws are sometimes not visible until installation due to differences in light and position of the units. Thankfully, all is now resolved

  Very happy with Ewell Windows

  We used Ewell Windows to get a cat flap panel removed and the locks on two UPVC doors changed in my son's new home. The staff in the shop and the team who came to do the work were very helpful. Despite having problems fitting the replacement front door handle we had included in the order the fitters stayed cheerful and left the property neat and tidy. I was very happy with the work done and will happily use them again

  Flexible working, good quality products and listened to our needs

  We had a few quotes for some new windows and doors for our patient rooms. The chap who surveyed came up with some good suggestions and different options for us to think through. Once we agreed the quote, E.W. were flexible within our room availability, and checked on arrival of any noise concerns we may have. The guys came for a couple of days each week, over a 6 week period to fit in with our requirments. They worked around any problems they came across, were friendly and aware of the environment they were working in. Clean, tidy and efficeint. We've had great feedback from our nursing staff.

  I needed a replacement window urgently. In response the window was measured-up the same day and installation took place a week later. I was very impressed by the all the staff I dealt with and their responsiveness to my need for a swift resolution.
