  Efficient and went above and beyond

  Having used Ashley in the past I was eager to get him back when we found a leak in our lounge ceiling. Ashley and Kieran not only managed to fix the leak on the outside but repaired our lounge ceiling and also whilst he was here due to intense rain we found a leak in our loft hallway. Ashley quickly got on his ladder and repaired that too before it got any worse. Great guys and will definitely use again!

  Excellent Eternal Building Improvement Work

  Ashley and Kieran did an excellent job on essential repairs to my house (replacing old guttering and installing a new downpipe, repairing and replacing and painting both fascia and soffits and sorting out leaks in our conservatory). They were brilliant. They arrived in good time were well organised, thorough, trustworthy and professional. I have used Refine before on a major works at a Clubhouse. I will be asking for their help in further work at my house in 2025 and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Knocking down three walls and inserting steels .

  Communication with Ashley was great from first visit . The quotation was clear and reasonable and the work was carried out on date requested and completed on time. Ashley and Kieran were tidy and prepared the house for dust and rubble and cleared up brilliantly . The inevitable surprises of an old building were overcome with a common sense and ‘can do’ attitude .Ashley kept us informed of progress regularly . A highly recommended company ! We will definitely use again .

  Replace fascia and guttering at back , paint outside at front.

  The company was quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly without wasting time. Both the main jobs, and several odd jobs both inside and out, were completed successfully and I was very pleased with the results. I could trust them to work while I was not at home. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

  Bathroom redecoration & cabinet

  We needed half of a mid-size bathroom repainted, including removal of a radiator, some filling, and fitting of a mains-powered led-lit mirrored cabinet. Ashley was very knowledgeable & friendly, prompt, really tidy, worked to a high standard and coped with our indecision on a couple of things. He was recommended to us by a neighbour, we're delighted with the result, and will hopefully be employing him again for future jobs.
