TipTop visited to do a tech check on my laptop, helpful and very worthwhile. It involved a thorough clean-up, removing a lot of unnecessary apps which had been a clutter and had slowed performance. Also, the TipTop rep advised that I could obtain perfectly adequate protection much more cheaply than the two Norton products I had been subscribing to.
