  came when they said they would, explained clearly the problem, solution and cost. not had any rain yet but no reason to believe the issues aren't fixed. ultimately, the fact they turned up on time is unfortunately a high bar that several failed to achieve before them

  Professional, courteous, reliable, flexible, all words to describe these guys. By far the best thing was not a pair of jobs worths going by a list of deliverables. You pay for their time and they operate on that basis. Designs/deliverables changed as we responded to the evolving picture and they were accommodating and professional throughout, even turning up when clearly on deaths door. Of the 5 tradesmen I've used in the last 18 months these are the first I would be happy to recommend!

  Wall removal

  Initial booking and Comms were fine, during the job would get promised a date then no show until a chaser, they didn't give building control the information they need and have now disappeared so having to investigate insurance. Noticed that door above wall is getting stiffer to shut over time so going to need to investigate whether job has been done correctly, the plastering was done to a high standard

  Best experience I've had with a tradesperson, had a few in the last 12 due to house renovation. Great Comms, straight talking and good price. Most importantly, actually used the skills I paid him for, to actually suggest improvements to my existing installation rather than blindly repeating mistakes of previous installation. Honestly couldn't recommend the pair highly enough.

  Can't fault, had to rearrange installation because of flaw in supplied glass, was on site less than 30 minutes, very courteous and helpful can't fault. The work done was of a high standard, very pleased with the service.
