Carly and Stuart were delightful despite having to defer the job a couple of times for health issues. Lee who came out to do the work was very efficient and friendly, despite a more complex job than he'd envisaged. Carlywas very friendly and on the ball but Stuart who came to quote although friendly never sent a quote and had to be reminded twice. Eventually got one.
