  CRAIG was responsive to our first enquiry and arrived quickly to access the job and quote.. .the quote was reasonable and Craig was professional and knowledgable ...he arrived promptly on the day the work was being done. ..he worked without mess and vacuumed every where when he finished. ..I have absolutely no hesitation in recommended Craig Alexander to you...he is one of the good guys and does a professional and excellent job...thank you so very much Craig we are thrilled with our AC units ..

  Residential air conditioning unit instal

  I felt the need to leave a review for Cardiff Cooling Ltd because, the service from the initial phone call, to the completion of work was outstanding. Craig was courteous, easy to converse with, forthcoming with all the information we needed, including the costs and ongoing maintenance, also clean and tidy with the instal. Having used other companies in the past the difference is night and day, I would highly recommend this company, and will be a customer of theirs for many years.

  Needed some advice on installing Aircon on our angled tin roof

  Craig was a gent from the start. He’s got great communication and gave me true non biased advice right from the start. Even though it turned out installing Aircon into the eaves of my office was impossible. He still gave me advice after his visit. I don’t review much but Craig deserves this. If you need Aircon you can’t go much wrong in contacting this guy. You won’t regret it
