  Residential air conditioning unit instal

  I felt the need to leave a review for Cardiff Cooling Ltd because, the service from the initial phone call, to the completion of work was outstanding. Craig was courteous, easy to converse with, forthcoming with all the information we needed, including the costs and ongoing maintenance, also clean and tidy with the instal. Having used other companies in the past the difference is night and day, I would highly recommend this company, and will be a customer of theirs for many years.

  Needed some advice on installing Aircon on our angled tin roof

  Craig was a gent from the start. He’s got great communication and gave me true non biased advice right from the start. Even though it turned out installing Aircon into the eaves of my office was impossible. He still gave me advice after his visit. I don’t review much but Craig deserves this. If you need Aircon you can’t go much wrong in contacting this guy. You won’t regret it

  Great friendly team, reliable and great workmanship.

  Craig turned up to quote for the job on time and explained the different products and how the install would take place. Once the quote was accepted Craig confirmed when he was able to complete the install, He then ordered all the parts required to be delivered for a day which suited us. On the morning of the install Craig and Lee both turned up on time and explained the plan of action. Both carried out the work neatly and to avoid as much mess and disturbance. The works were completed in the agreed time and Craig followed up with a courtesy text to confirm everything is working. 5* service

  Faulty air con repair

  Our office airconditioning unit stopped working. We had another local company look at the unit first but they couldn’t repair despite charging us a call out fee. Their answer was to replace the whole unit(the unit is only 4 years old. We called Craig from Cardiff cooling who attended our offices within 24hrs and diagnosed the fault within 20 mins. (Faulty pcb control board) Craig ordered the board while still at our offices and the parts arrived 2 days later, saving us £1000’s over a new install. If you want a prompt knowledgable and exceptional service we highly recommend Cardiff cooling.

  Aircon installation/replacement

  Best experience I've had with a tradesperson, had a few in the last 12 due to house renovation. Great Comms, straight talking and good price. Most importantly, actually used the skills I paid him for, to actually suggest improvements to my existing installation rather than blindly repeating mistakes of previous installation. Honestly couldn't recommend the pair highly enough.
