  Faulty air con repair

  Our office airconditioning unit stopped working. We had another local company look at the unit first but they couldn’t repair despite charging us a call out fee. Their answer was to replace the whole unit(the unit is only 4 years old. We called Craig from Cardiff cooling who attended our offices within 24hrs and diagnosed the fault within 20 mins. (Faulty pcb control board) Craig ordered the board while still at our offices and the parts arrived 2 days later, saving us £1000’s over a new install. If you want a prompt knowledgable and exceptional service we highly recommend Cardiff cooling.

  Aircon installation/replacement

  Best experience I've had with a tradesperson, had a few in the last 12 due to house renovation. Great Comms, straight talking and good price. Most importantly, actually used the skills I paid him for, to actually suggest improvements to my existing installation rather than blindly repeating mistakes of previous installation. Honestly couldn't recommend the pair highly enough.

  New AC install in office

  Needed some new AC units in the office, Cardiff cooling were recommended to me so gave them a call, fair to say they were extremely helpful, reliable, excellent communication, good housekeeping, excellent time keeping, and professional, the work was done to a high standard and within the time scale I needed, would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for future projects

  Office fit out.

  Craig & team fitted 2no 10kw split systems and modified 2no vrv systems with a full service. Very competitive on cost and very professional. I will use Craig and the team for all my installs in future.
