  single storey pitched roof extension

  Laying Footings cement lorry hit house & broke 2 sewage manholes,took 2 months to repair. Roofer left the existing roof poorly covered causing a leak into spare bedroom. Plastering was to a low standard, walls not straight or plumb. Windows & doors were not installed when scheduled leaving building exposed to the elements.The lintel for the new rear door opening was badly installed & had to be rectified. New front door installed not level it would not close properly & had too be refitted. All through the build we have had to chase up the builders even now to complete the snagging.

  New Garage Roof

  Lee and all the guys from TBS were very polite and arrived on time. They got on with the job straight away and managed to finish the new roof in one day. I’m very satisfied with the work undertaken and am happy to recommend TBS. Thanks Lee.

  We would highly recommend Total Building Solutions! All work was carried out to a high standard and was actually finished a day early! Lee was easy to get hold of and communication was quick and easy throughout. The guys who came over for various parts of the work were professional and conscientious, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
