  Excellent communication and great quality work

  The communication from Mick was excellent, and he was able to quickly complete the work required. He also pointed out that one of the extractor units which I thought needed to be replaced could be repaired very quickly and easily which he did. This saved us a significant amount of money. Would highly recommend using Mick, and we certainly will use him again.

  Shower replacement

  Ted and his team did a fantastic job in replacing the shower tray, unit, and enclosure in our flat. There were unforeseen issues with the previous drainage which meant that Ted and his team had to reconfigure the drainage for the new shower. They did a brilliant job of this and were patient and helpful with the delays caused by needing to engage the freeholder/management company to investigate the drainage issues in the wider flat complex. I'm really happy with the quality and installation of the new shower and would definitely use Ted and his team for future plumbing work.

  Installation of 17 uPVC windows and 3 sets of French Doors

  I was initially happy with the installation of the new windows, but after a few months it became apparent that four of the windows were sub-standard. I have tried to get this addressed for the last 6 months without success. Also, I have not been provided with any manufacturers guarantees, or CERTASS certification for the installation. Further investigation has revealed that Belfords are not fully registered with CERTASS.

  Marian did a great job of decorating the exterior of our house. He was extremely polite and courteous, and very hard-working. He organised the scaffolding and other materials, and made the whole thing painless. We were also very pleased with the quality of the finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use Marian again for other work, and would highly recommend him to others.

  From start to finish Alaskan Windows were great to deal with. Douglas came to see us twice to discuss the work and talked us through the options. Their quote was extremely competitive and their feedback on here was good so we decided to proceed. The installation team were friendly, tidy, fast, and above the quality of their finish and workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Alaskan Windows.
