Absolutely delighted with the ten+ star work that Mick does - and he is such a nice chap. Always explains the work to be done and considers all the alternatives. I have used trader for years on many jobs at both my own house, and my portfolio of rental properties, including a couple of larger re-wiring project. I have always found trader to be very professional & competent and would have no hesitation in recommending trader to others. I totally trust him to carry out works on by behalf and liaise with tenants directly when necessary. Michael completed an EICR check on our house as I was concerned about the age of the consumer unit. He explained all the results and what repairs were essential, and which ones were recommended for the future. A new unit was installed replacing ours that was possibly 50 years old, and essential repairs and improvements to the system were completed.
